Reservations will be scheduled October 5,8,12,17,19,24,25 & 26 

SCHOOL GROUPS
Reservation time between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 
Admission is $6.00 per student
Teachers are admitted FREE 
Chaperons are $3.00 (One chaperone per student at discounted price.)
Additional adult attendees pay $6.00 admission
Siblings over age 3 pay $6.00 admission 

   Admission includes: 
Tractor-drawn hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin (A $2.00 voucher is provided to students only for a small pumpkin or to be put towards purchasing a larger pumpkin.) 
Spookley the Pumpkin corn maze story. **New**
Take a classroom picture with our blow-up Spookley the Pumpkin.**New**
Time to explore and play in our play area. This includes:
Hay Bale Slides
Corn Beach
Tractor Tire Climb
Mini Pumpkin Golf
Hale Bale Climb
Pipe Crawl 
Kids Corral Horse Races **New**
Pipe Roll Chamber Races**New**
A visit to the Animal Park

*These items can be purchase in advanced by filling out the contract form and mailing the payment. You can also purchase these items at the farm on the day of your visit.

  Available Food Options: 
$1.50 Snack Voucher: Includes 2 cookies and a juice box per person
$4.00 Lunch Voucher: Includes 1 hot dog, chips, cookie and a juice box per person
Bring a brown bag lunch (school groups only) 
Order from our full menu anytime from 9:00am to 5:00pm  
Food items include:  
Grass-fed, Black Angus beef hamburgers and hotdogs, cabbage and noodles, nachos and cheese, mac and cheese, pumpkin and apple pie, apple dumplings and ice cream, and various snacks, baked goods and beverages. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A $20.00 deposit is required to reserve your date. Please make checks payable to Renshaw Farms. Please mail the deposit to:

Please write your field trip date in the memo part of the check. 
Contract and full payment must be sent back two weeks prior to your visit.
Admission, food and pumpkin vouchers will be mailed/delivered to school so you have them to pass out ahead of time.  
Deposit amount of $20.00 is to be deducted from the final payment. 
If activity must be cancelled due to weather, the following options are available:
Renshaw Farms will reschedule your group for another date available.
If you do not wish to reschedule, the admission, food and pumpkin vouchers can be used during any October weekend with your family. (Any additional admission being purchased will be regular price.) 
Please keep in mind, the deposit cannot be refunded. 
Bagged lunches are permitted by school groups ONLY.
NO OTHER FOOD IS PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT FROM OUTSIDE OF PUMPKIN FEST.
