BIRTHDAY RESERVATION INFO
Reservations will be scheduled every Saturday and Sunday through the month of October.
We will also be taking reservations on Columbus Day, October 8th!
Birthday Party Rules:
•Birthday parties must have 20 or more attendees. •Birthday Parties are held in our pavilion area near the kids play area. We do not charge for the usage of the pavilion. All attendees must pay admission to enter. • Admission is $6.00 per person • Children 3 and under FREE • Children age 12 and under will receive a $2.00 Pumpkin Voucher to be used for a free $2.00 pumpkin or towards a larger size pumpkin. •Parties can be reserved for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or on Columbus Day. • Party Times to pick from are 10:30am-2:00pm or 2:30pm-6:00pm (After your party time ends, all items must be removed from the pavilion and placed in vehicles so the next party can set up. All attendees are allowed to stay at the farm after the party till 6:00pm.) •All Food and beverages must be purchased from the farm for your party. Listed below are food vouchers for kids and parents if you would like to order food from us. •A cake or cupcakes are allowed to be brought in for the party. •Decorations for the pavilion are allowed, but must be removed after the party. •Renshaw Farms is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
•Tractor-drawn hayride to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkin. •Time to explore the corn maze and read Spookley the Square Pumpkin story as you walk through. •A visit to the Animal Park •Playtime at our play area, which includes the following: •Corn Beach •6 Hole Mini Pumpkin Gulf •Tunnel Crawl •Hay Bale Mountain •Hay Bale Slides •Tractor Tire Climb •Kids Corral Horse Races *NEW* •Pipe Roll Chamber Races *NEW* •Fall Games

Available Food Options:
•Lunch Vouchers can be purchased prior to your party: Lunch Vouchers include: 1 Hot Dog, a bag of chips, cookie and a juice box for $4.00. •Order from our full menu anytime from 11:00am to 6:00pm: •If you would like to have your order ready upon arrival, please place the order a day before by email.
Food items include:
Grass-fed, Black Angus beef hamburgers and hotdogs, cabbage and noodles, nachos and cheese, mac and cheese, French fries pumpkin and apple pie, apple dumplings and ice cream, and various snacks, baked goods and beverages.
•If your group would like to make arrangements and receive
your admission tickets before you arrive, please contact us by email or phone. We will be happy to make arrangements with you if it makes your entrance into the farm easier.
•If you do not pick up admission tickets early, your group should all meet together in the parking lot before entering the Pumpkin Fest. Upon arrival, the group leader should go to the admissions entrance to check in and receive your admission tickets. Once distributed to all members of your group, please get a stamp on your hand at the admissions booth.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE FARM FOR OUR PUMPKIN FEST.
